Thank you so much, my friends, for these. Since we currently live, alas, in a climate where so much is predicated upon an appeal to our worst and basest instincts, these do the opposite. A much-needed shot-in-the-arm! Here's another:

Hand Jive in Antwerp:

Seriously now, what makes these things so special is they remind us that all of us real people of wherever have much more to bind us than divide us. Let the music play and let us dance.

The court at Macy's (formerly John Wanamaker's) in Philly. Perhaps the greatest department store space anywhere.

What a marvelous space!
If you get to Philly, you should check it out. They have a great Christmas light show. It has been redone and abbreviated by Macy’s, but the original one was 20+ minutes and narrated by the legendary John Facenda (the original NFL Films narrator known for “The frozen tundra of Lambeau Field”). My kids grew up with that. (God knows how much shoplifting was being perpetrated while the lights were off and people were staring at the lights.)

Same Flash, different camera work. God I love those real organs. The Alto work in this flash Hallelujah is superb given the challenges. Of course, if it is the HC I'll listen to a chorus of dogs howling it out!

Here's one that only has 3.5 million views.... I've pegged it 2/3rds of the way through, but the whole thing deserves attention. It hi-lites what I find most interesting about these events: the wonderful reactions of the spontaneous audience to the unexpected treat.
