Bosh???

I mean, Bosh is an all star if he's on a team with no one else. He unfortunately sucks when talent is around him.

I'm not so sure what you're talking about. Obviously his numbers are going to go down a bit with LeBron and Wade on the floor, but he's still probably the best third option in the league. He averaged 24 and 11 in 09, 19 and 8 last year, and 19 and 8 this year so far. Last year he shot 50%, this year he's shooting 50%. In the playoffs last year he averaged 19 and 9, and was really the most consistent of the Big Three throughout the playoffs.

I mean, he made the all-star team last year and is still a very good player.

I'll take the guy averaging 19 and 8 over the guy averaging 7 and 6. Silly question with a silly answer thrown in.

This would be the dumbest thing I have ever read if the original post in this thread hadn't already taken the cake.

haha well I got in a argument with some friends over this. Bosh brings offense and Ibaka brings defense. Didn't feel it was that dumb of a question.

Yeah, but he's the scapegoat when the Heat don't play well. He does have nights where he disappears. I think Bosh is a great player, but definitely with the egos of Lebron and Wade, he does get a little lost in the limelight, no?

Well, I think one of the reasons Bosh takes a lot of the heat (no pun intended) when the Heat lose is because when this crew first got together, they were known as the "Big Three", when really, the three players weren't comparable. Wade and James are two top 50 players all-time and two of the top five players in the game, while Bosh is probably all-nba third team at best. It also doesn't help that Bosh is a max contract player, and also gets paid more than LeBron and Wade.
