Point being Celtics fans in 1986 and Bruins fans in 1972 would have probably never believed at that point in time that championships would be few and far between from that point on seeing how good the franchises were at that time. Same could be said for a lot of other franchises. Championships become expected and teams just fall off a cliff in the blink of an eye and never recover. [/QUOTE]
