OT: WCC school gets secondary violation b/c member of golf team washed car with "university water"

The NCAA ruled a secondary violation had occurred because the water was not available to regular students and demanded the golfer pay back $20, which was deemed to be the value of the water and use of the hose.


Really? I triple checked the article to make sure it wasn't from The Onion or something.

Reminds me of local fire dept folks using fire co water to wash their cars during period of extreme water rationing last summer.
