Serena is through to the semis; Venus battling Sam Stosur as I write. TV coverage (ESPN2) has been nearly non-existent.

Hard to have television coverage of this event, with baseball's opening week and the Masters both on the ESPN networks.

My brother was a hitting partner with them when he taught at Chris Evert's academy. Left their hair beads all over the court. Didn't like the dad.
He and my parents used to go to that tournament every year. Its a nice place to watch tennis.

Venus lost to Stosur in 3 sets, so she won't be battling Serena in the semis. My TV listings has ESPN2 starting coverage at 1pm.
The bright side for Venus is her longer term goal to qualify for the Olympics. By making the quarters at Sony last week and also
at this weeks Family Circle, she's in good position for her ranking to get closer to what she needs.

Could be Vens tireed out Sammy, for she was only a shell. Serena dispense her in 2 sets as 1.
Serena's serving and fierce replies massacred the girl.
You'll find the younger sister tomorrow at one' o'clock beating on an unknown.

Safarova is not exactly an unknown, not that it mattered to Serena, who crushed her.
