Actually, "we groom young men" would be better.

Derrick Mason was maybe the only coach last year who did a worse job than Diaco. He is in way, way over his head also. Some guys just can't be head coaches.

Ok, I'm in marketing and I don't understand anything that Vandy is trying to do with this campaign... Am I alone here? Haha "We Don't Need Your Permission"- like to do what? Play football? Believe you can win the SEC? Then this one- "The City. The Degree. The SEC." could be any school in the SEC really.
