As per Chip Malafronte Yale's deal with UA is worth more than Rutgers (5 years for a total of $6 Million...http://www.onthebanks.com/2015/7/28/8974283/finances-nikes-winged-helmet-in-ann-arbor)
and Illinois deals with Nike (http://www.dailyillini.com/article/2015/04/nike-at-illinois-the-price-behind-the-swoosh).
UConn's deal with Nike is 10 year/$46 Million dollars and expires in 2018 ($31 Million in apparel..the remaining in cash)

I can't picture us rocking anything but Nike. Interesting to see if we reup in 2018 and what we get.

I would really like to see some new designs, this years are much better than the previous unis but still very plain. that may and or may not be on purpose IE "B1G uniforms are simple" but at least some creative alt. ones would be a welcome change.

Yea, B1G uniforms are simple. Maryland is so blah.

I would say it will be open to the highest bidder no matter what the situation is conference wise...(ore so if we are still in the AAC). As my buddy said to me last night...I hope it's Nike or UA..Adidas sucks and name 1 top football school that wears their stuff. I won't mind Nike or UA..Nike has done well by UCONN and with Nick Carparelli running the UA Collegiate division..he knows UCONN's market as well as anyone. Nike deal expires in June of 2018 so it will be interesting to see. I would expect that rfp to go out sometime late 2016.

Teams have been dropping Adidas left and right...the days of ND and Michigan are over for them. UCLA is probably their biggest remaining program. Louisville. Miami. They are also notorious for creating terrible football jerseys (see Louisville's jersey from this year, or look at UCLA against Nebraska in the bowl game).

I like Nike generally, but I feel like UConn gets put on the back burner with them and deserves more attention. The new football unis looked like very little time and effort was put into designing them. UA uniforms can be absurd sometime, but it seems like they give every one of their accounts the time of day and want them to have a number of alternates and interesting jerseys to wear on the field. I also think kids prefer UA.

I wish UConn was with UA. Much better dri fit tees etc than Nike. (Thinking selfishly about gear for myself of course,)

There is some UA stuff at the Co-Op...picked up a nice UCONN Embroidered UA golf shirt there last summer

I never buy cotton polos or tees anymore. Only UA or other company's dri fit poly material.
Tough to fund UA gear with UConn as Nike is with us.

Same here...if you ever get a chance to go up to campus check the Co-Op...they had some UA stuff they allowed to be made. There were some sweatshirts there too.

Nike is far and away the best, UA is acceptable.

Adidas is . It's been pretty sad watching Adidas absolutely ruin the uniforms of some of the most iconic B1G brands (Michigan, Wisconsin, Nebraska) Kansas and Louisville BBall, etc. Their uniforms are atrocious. I have never seen an Adidas uniform I liked. The jersey don't fit the pads wekk, it's like the material isn't flexible enough. Terrible.
