One has the soundbar plugged in and one has the Blu-Ray. Soundbar...any new TV will need one bc the speakers are now on the back of the TVs instead of the front and sound metallic. Don't go crazy spending a grand on a top of the line. I went with the Best Buy brand for a less than $100 I believe and it's perfectly fine. [/QUOTE]
