Davis Love, our Ryder Cup captain in 2016, has appointed Tiger Woods, Jim Furyk and
Steve Stricker as vice captains for the team. Uhhh...Tiger as VICE captain? No further comment there.
Actually I have read that he asked for that job...he wants to be a playing assistant but given his recent health that seems doubtful even though the matches aren't till September 2016. Tiger actually pursuing that assistant's job is a good sign...imo...regarding his responsibilities to the overall health of the game.
