OT: They grow'em smart up in Storrs

I saw this on my NJ paper and figured someone hear might get a kick out of it. Storrs has been calculated as the third smartest town in the country of the 1,300 measured. Maybe this will enhance our perception to the B1G

It was also ranked as the safest a couple of years ago, but then it had the tornado last month which was a huge setback...
