Watch 15 minutes of swimming in 15 minutes instead of two hours. Same thing for other sports.

I don't need to know Bruno Dupwa of Lower Slobovia is only the 3rd diver in Olympic history to compete with a hangnail on his thumb.

I do also stop my fast forward for some of the interviews, if it is someone I am interested in.

Watching non-USA soccer is cool that way too. Just crank it up to fast forward, and watch the score "bug" in the corner of the screen. When the score changes, just hit play. You can watch ten soccer games in ten minutes sometimes. ;-)

or a 3 and a half hour baseball game in 20 minutes. just watch when there are runners on base
