19. Arizona is one of a couple states that don't do the daylight savings thing. The Navajo Nation, mostly in Arizona, does do daylight savings. (Extra credit: the Hopi Nation, which is inside the Navajo Nation does not do daylight savings. Driving NNE from just outside the Serah Williams corner of the Navajo Nation you can make 4 time zone changes in a few hours!)

So, Arizona is always UTC-7. The Navajo Nation is currently UTC-6. Newfoundland does daylight savings time, so it's currently UTC-2 1/2. Therefore, noon in Kayenta is 3:30 PM in Gander.
