Never realized how bad Syracuse is on the boards. Georgetown should have won that game.

Georgetown missed at least 10-15 layups with no one around them. It was impressive.

.....and they STILL won the game. Concerning our game on Saturday.......I'm afraid.

Georgetown played really well last night. Their passing was excellent against the zone and really could've won the game.

Their guy who flashed at the top of the key, usually Porter or Sims, were very good at making quick decisions, either passing or driving.

I'm afriad uconn doesn't have anyone like that: TO (thought he was that player, but seems to have completely lost his early season confidence), AO, and RS are too hesitant and are liable to get it stolen in that position.

I'm afraid we're going to see the same thing we have this season, with a lot of dribbling and taking of long 3s by SN and JL because they won't be able to do anything else. If AD and AO can somehow get Melo in foul trouble, maybe the guys have a chance.

I hope I'm as wrong about this as I was last night predicting those games!:)

Wow! If we can out rebound them Saturday and get our fast break going, we might actually have a chance. But we will need a huge game from AO and AD; and if Lamb doesn't get out of this slump, I don't see them winning many games unless Shabazz and Boat start draining shots. The only positive thing I saw against Louisville was AO and Roscoe stepping up. If they can go in to Syracuse and not think about winning or losing, just go in there and play their asses off Calhoun style, a good team effort would not put a win out of the realm of possibility.

What about playing their asses off Blaney style? Will that get it done on Saturday?
