OT: Softball Coaches

Just noting the retirement of Lou Harris Champer at Georgia and our own Mike Candrea at Arizona. Both very respected and long-time coaches, Mike retires with most championships and most wins.

Caitlin Lowe has been named Arizona Head Coach. A former Arizona great, Team USA member and currently Associate Head Coach.

I am wondering how long until Hutch retires. Since Mike is out, she will be able to retire with the most wins.

Lonni Alameda is the best coach in the game. I know Patty can recruit but if recruiting were equal, the gap between the 2 would be much closer. Lon is a quiet assassin. She totally outsmarted Murph to take down Alabama. She clearly told her pitchers how to hit Montana Fouts, and what she liked to do - and made her look really bad.

Oh yes can't forget Coach Candrea. Congratulations Coach Mike on a storied career.
