Had a huge night tonight in a win against Orlando. 5/5 from 3. 19 points. +13.

Stotts played him alongside Lillard and McCollum in a tiny lineup for long stretches of the 2nd and 4th quarters.

His numbers this season, in a small sample size, are off the charts. He's now 10/14 from 3. His assist numbers are kinda low but he's never the only ball handler on the floor.

He got a DNP-CD 4 games ago (his 3rd in a row) and tonight played 27 minutes. Seems like Stotts is beginning to trust him, although that 3-guard lineup won't work against everyone.

Yea that was a nice coup for the Blazers getting him as their regular play by play announcer, their current announcing crew is leaps and bounds ahead of the homerific Mike Barret/Mike Rice duo they used to have.

Love Bazz, he's a no brainer Mount Rushmore for me.

Always knew his athleticism would limit him in the league, but there's ALWAYS room for a guy like him, who just knows the game in and out.

I wished he somehow can make his way on the 76ers. I feel he can get the minutes even start. But him knocking down 3s and his creativity will fit perfectly with Ben Simmons and Joel E.

McConnell has made a little name for himself, but you're right. There's a bunch of teams he'd fit perfectly with, imo.

He put in some serious work over the summer down here in SoCal. Great to see it paying dividends.

"Ultimately, a 19-point outburst from Shabazz Napier against a team that traded him for $75,000; defensive intensity from CJ McCollum(!); and 26 points, 11 rebounds, and 7 assists from Damian Lillard made the difference."
$75,000?

I thought it was just recency bias back in 2014, especially since I've been a fan since mid nineties. But I really must admit Bazz is my favorite Husky, hands down (Kemba 2nd tho), I hope he carves out a role for himself in the association.
The guy is a warrior

You know Bazz's confidence is back once he starts attacking bigs again off the switch

Probably left Cauley-Stein with nightmares from '14.

Just added Bazz to my fantasy team....joins Kemba, Andre, Rudy & Jeremy....hoping to add D-Ham soon if he can get some minutes ;).

Hah! I did the same, my league has nothing on the free agent list, so when I saw he was a trending add I had to. That 11 helped a bit, and I'm in a tight battle for 3's

I know it's the smallest of samples to judge from, but I haven't watched him in a few years. His handle really does look tighter, and his movements quicker. Looks like he's been putting in the hard yards.

Now that he might see some regular time, I'll tune in a Blazers game.
