I mostly make rum cocktails, classic daiquiris and Trade Vic Mai Tais. I should try some creative drinks like those with Mezcal. If you need to replace one, and want a mixer with lots of smoke, try the Del Maguey Vida. Makes a good smoky mixer, if lacking in the clay/wet stone and fruit I like in others. [/QUOTE]
