OT - Rise and Fall of East and West

What happened to the West? Other than Golden State, and maybe San Antone, the West appears to have taken a serious step down from last year. Every other team has a win % in the 50s or less.
Of course, GSW are off the hook.

I'm not entirely sure what happened. Some teams got old (Memphis), other teams have started slow (NO, Houston, LAC), other teams are trying to integrate new schemes with new coaches (NO again, OKC).

All that said, right now the West's record against the East is 48-54. It'll be curious to see if that keeps up.
