My wife just called me about an hour ago with the news. Tom and his brother Ray created a great radio show with lots of laughs and humor but with useful car repair information. I hope NPR continues to broadcast the old shows which are still great to listen to. Sad news indeed.

One of the best thing about waking up on Saturdays was turning on the radio and listening to Car Talk at 10:00 am..... and if i was a little late... I could listen to it on another NPR station at 11
