Has anyone eaten there yet? It just opened in Stamford right next to PF Changs and across from Kona. Best burger I've EVER tasted and the price isn't bad.

We have one in GBury, and love it! All the burgers are good and interesting. They have a great selection of beer as a rule... and a great whiskey selection as well - Bourbons, american whiskeys, and some good ryes that I have taken a liking to.

When lazy ordering, the burger sliders with parm fries will make an acceptable snack!

I've been to the Glastonbury and Simsbury locations and both are very good. Glastonbury is a really nice happy hour hangout as well while Simsbury is more of a dining area from what I saw. But the burgers are very good so give it a try!

What he said. Great burgers. Glastonbury has some great restaurants, but Plan B is my go to.

Original one is in West Hartford and I hear they are expanding it. Great burgers but their beer selection is superb.

Looks really good. I'll be back in CT next month for the NC State game. Might take my Dad to one of them afterwards.

Glastonbury is the closest one to The Rent, like 15 mins away.

There is also the fact to consider that Glastonbury has by far the hottest chicks both as customers and employees!!!!!

Nothing like a salmon burger and Jefferson whiskey. Defines lunch differently.

The burgers are great, but the absolute best burgers in Connecticut belong to Prime 16 in New Haven.

And their beer list is even better than Plan B to boot.

I am very good friends with the owner and they are expanding like crazy. They never thought they would expand as quickly as they did after they opened their first one in west hartford. They are opening one up in Washington DC within the next year and possibly white plains.

Prime 16 is a rip off--- the owners of that place owned another restaurant next to a Plan B and basically stole their whole menu and re-named it. But thats common in the restaurant business. If you notice all these higher end burger places are opening in the hartford area.. max burger is just one. Plan B started it all though..

It's great, I had one for the first time last week and was simply amazed. Fresh, tasty, and I couldn't put it down.

Doesn't bother me if you rip someone off if you make a superior product. I just think the burgers are better. And the service is significantly better, at least compared to the Plan B in Milford, which has very mediocre service.

Furthermore, I find Prime's menu to be significantly more interesting. Plan B is good and all, but most of the burgers aren't all that interesting. Prime's Lamb Burger, the Badlands, the Honey Truffle, the Cajun Patty Melt... I just think they're a bit more interesting than Plan B's menu choices.

Tell the owner to put one on the shoreline, they would clean house down here! The food options suck, and if he opened up in the Essex/Old Saybrook area they would shut down resteraunts almost with certainty. We travel to Glastonbury and West Hartford many times we eat out because you can only take so much over priced fried crap, which is what the shoreline specializes in.

I actually like Max Burger better. The grilled cheese version is spectacular. I'd rather go to gbury than WH though.

No disrespect to Max Burger, I wouldn't kick it out of bed, but I'd go home with Plan B every night of the week.
