it's really a damn shame, we've had facilities in place and have been upgrading many for some time, yet we haven't been noticed.

Public relations is a science and an art. It's been a pretty weak part of our marketing for years. I see recent improvement in telling our story (now born of circumstances) but we need a much more robust effort.
