When I was out in Boulder last month, it was pretty astonishing to hear what a joke Colorado football had become. The students were mocking the mere mention of the football team. as I walked around campus, I noticed a bunch of $3k bicycles chained up outside classroom buildings.

I just never see students with money at a big public university. Michigan, Penn State, SUNYs, Cal. San Diego. The vibe at Colorado is very different than all these places that I'm pretty familiar with. I was surprised.

Boulder is pretty much the center of everything for competitive racing in the US. It attracts people that are into that sort of thing.

I climbed Bear Peak, part of the Flat Irons, about 6 weeks ago. Amazing part of the country

That is an awesome video. It almost made me forget Colorado hasn't had a winning season in recent memory...

They havent had a winning season in a long time. They went 4-8 this year yet their last 2 home games ( both cold weather night games) drew 38,000 & 36,000 in a 53,000 seat stadium vs Cal (1-11) & USC (8-4).
