HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - Joseph R. McCormick, one of the oldest alumni of the University of Connecticut and an offensive halfback and defensive end on the school's football team, has died. He was 101.

That explains a lot of UCONN's football woes if they were playing a 101 year both ways. I mean maybe offense or defense but gee the guy was 100.
