Stupid union. They coulda done this weeks ago.

really I couldn't care less. Real refs, replacement refs, whichever. I've seen real refs screw up calls, go to the booth and still get it wrong. Not a big difference.
Maybe the players/coaches will have a little more respect and not act like @$$'s, so that should help.
