Dogs need to be controlled around strangers and kids. A dog bit a 3 y.o. in Wellfleet yesterday after it was let out of a room by mistake when friends were visiting. Listed as a 100lb staffordshire terrier. This dog should have been on a leash in the home and watched so that it was not able to be surprised or excited by new people. [/QUOTE]
