OT - New Bar area of XL Center

I was at the Coppin State basketball game and sat near the new bar area overlooking the court. It looked like a pretty nice view and way to see some games. Does anyone have info about this bar? Not much info on the civic center site. I am looking to attend my first hockey game and it would be easier to get a group to commit in an area like this.

Is the bar open during hockey games ?

Is it first come first serve or require reservations?

Is there an extra cost?

Directly below the bar there is a row of cushioned chairs like office chairs that also has a tv monitor. Is this also part of the bar?

The XL center site is likely is the best source of info you're seeking. Enjoy the section now fot hockey, because you won't be able to too often once Hudkies' hockey appropriately returns to UCONN and Storrs.

The bar is open for hockey. First come, first serve on stools. We sat there for the RPI game and the view is not too bad.
