I am not a crazy tennis fan, but there are serious accusations swirling around at the Australian Open regarding years of matches being fixed and an unnamed 28 professional players being implicated with connections to Italian and Russian organized gambling rings. To top it off the accusation is that these reports have been in the hands of the Tennis hierarchy for 6 years and they have just buried them, while at least some of the players implicated have continued to play in matches with strange betting patterns.
And now Djokovic has admitted that years ago his 'team' was offered $200K to throw a match in a tournament which he decided to withdraw from after he was told about it.
