OT: Maloney upsets Windsor…….

Hey have to have a little shout out to my HS alma mater in the CCC tourney with W's over East Catholic and then Windsor yesterday……….they play KO's sons Glastonbury squad on Tuesday at Bulkely in what should be a good one. An old baseball, GHTL teammate and friend of millions of years has done one of his better jobs coaching this year with a team of only one kid over 6 feet tall and he only plays 12-15 minutes. Only one senior who also doesn't play a ton also so watch out for them in the future………

Putting some pressure on my Spartans!! …….think I'll swing by Tuesday. Guessing KO may be there too…...

Isn't Windsor the team that "HuskyWarrior" plays for? Anyone know off-hand what kind of season KO's son is having as PG for Glastonbury?

Ollie's son is top scorer at Glastonury. 16 pts or so a game. Plays combo guard. Good HS player. Not a college player. Maybe small D3.

Think his sport going forward is football though. Very good QB. Think he could be solid D3 player in that sport at right school.

Wow memories bigeastconf……..nice!! Funny as a fan and player I always thought it was "you're" the green and white…….even "dated" a few cheerleaders and never knew that…….learn something every day!

Yeah spot on I believe………also heard he lost his captaincy in hoops and not sure of the truth or story behind it. All sources say a great kid though as expected….but kids will be kids!
