Dang it. I had a nice little system going with the ESPN Lottery Simulator, I did it 14 times in honor of our dog we just put down (he was 14.5) and you know who got the #1 pick? The Pacers. The only time in the simulations that they got it. But now I look like a loser copying you. I'll post it anyway.

1. Pacers 0.8%
2. Nuggets 4.3%
3. Knicks 19.9%
4. Wolves 25.0%
5. 76ers 15.6% (worth noting: Philly has 3 lottery picks in this scenario. Because Indiana and Denver jumped up it pushed the Lakers out of the top 5 and Heat out of the top 10. The 76ers hold these teams' first rounders; top 5 protected for Lakers and top 10 protected for Heat)

Somehow, the Cavs will wind up with the first pick. Playoffs aside.

The best part about the NBA lottery is that there is a conspiracy angle regardless of who wins it.

I could see the Heat winning it.

I think the NBA may rig it from time to time, Of course no one has hard proof and you can basically come up with a theory for each team but some of these lottery's come off as really fishy.

Yes. It's rigged. A Big Five accounting firm would absolutely risk it's existence for the right to audit the NBA's books.

A partner would. A firm wouldn't. But that's a topic for the cesspool.

Seems like the Knicks always get the short end of the stick when it comes to this. I guess they are all in on Towns from what i have read.

Whoever drafts Deangelo Russel is getting a Future Allstar/MVP Candidate. I think he is the best player in the draft followed closely by Karl Anthony

Hard to say the Knicks always get the short end of the stick when the single biggest reason people think the lottery is rigged is the 1985 lottery that the Knicks won to get Ewing.
