Have you ever tried Angies List? I haven't but I am curious to know if its what 'she' says it is. Whatever you do, don't use a locksmith company. I used one and the locksmith himself told me that his personal charge is 1/2 of the company's. A professional locksmith (individual) can fix/change a lock with their eyes closed. A locksmith company will bill you for overhead, transit, insurance and other costs associated with their employee.
