Freakin' fun. Lost a tough game Weds. Up today and then down big after Wash has a 10 run inning and being down 8 fights back to tie in 5th.

Fun to watch, never saw my kids enjoy a sporting event so much to watch. Kids have done great regardless of final outcome of this.

Headed to 6th tied now.

Thanks! Just turned it on. Go Connecticut! FWIW I once hit two HR's in a LL All-Star game...which we lost. Glory days.

You'd have to be the Grinch to not like the LLWS. I think it's one of the few events that transcends all demographics and is impossible not to like.

I'm very happy for that kid who couldn't throw a strike the other day. Pitched well and had a clutch dinger. It's the Comeback of the Year.

I agree. We watched the whole Weds CT-CA game every pitch, my kids (both this general LL age) were riveted. Today was crazy in 5th when CT went nuts. Glad my work was just e-mail and no calls, would have been a mess.

CA tomm 3:30, should be fun either way all these kids are great

Totally. He came up in big spot in CA game and could have broken it open and didn't get hit and then the pitching after, yes tough. Max.

Today that blast to straight away. Great for kid and pitched well in relief.

Chad Knight, who is their star, hit a bomb and GW hit is pitching tomm and no idea if they have any pitching if they get to Sunday, but they have to cross that bridge.....

Good for him. I didn't see today's game but he was brutal the other night.

Glad to see he shook it off and recovered.

Bernie Carbo would be proud of him.
