I'm not man enough to pick them, but these seem like very strong 15 seeds.

Detroit played Alabama, MSU, and ND all really well. And they didn't have one of their better players.

Lehigh gave Michigan State and Iowa State good games.

In fact, the lower seeded teams (12-16) look much stronger than usual.

I agree. I think if either of those teams were 14 seeds, I would have chosen them. They've both got a lot of talent for 15 seeds, but taking out a 2 is much more difficult than a 3. Would really love to see both win though.

I really think there is some serious Parity this year after the 1-2 seed lines. The top 8 teams in the tourney are a cut above, after that I think you can throw seeds out the window. I would not be surprised to see a tournament like 99 where the FF was 3 1's and a 2 made it (or was Ohio State a 3?) ...... this year FF should have a 9 seed, and then probably 3 - 1's

Ohio State was a 4.

I think that we'll see more upsets than that, though. UNC is vulnerable to a team with a scoring 2-3, Michigan State got a really tough draw, probably tougher than Kentucky's, and Syracuse got some really good teams there too. Ohio State will be difficult. They and Michigan State looked really good in the B1G Final.

Detroit's Ray McCallum is legit. He was being reruited by all the Blue Bloods but decided to play for his Dad in Detroit.

UNC-Asheville -- a not-bad 16-seed.
Syracuse will beat them, but yea, they are much better than the typical 16.

Western Kentucky's record looks much better after they fired their coach too. They won't beat UK, but they're 8-3 since February started.

I'm picking Lehigh over Duke, CJ McCollum is a stud and would start for most teams in the country.

(Disclaimer - Lehigh is alma mater so I'm picking them up until they face UConn. :D)
