I followed the game a bit online and it looked like Cambage went out in the 4th Q, and not on fouls. From then on, L.A. was able to climb back and eventually get the W, but not until Tulsa had hit some huge 3s to stay alive several times.

That initially puzzled me, but now I remember why. There was a foul called, the announcers thought it was Cambage and said that would be her fourth, but then they gave it to someone else. It was early enough that I mentally was concerned about her leaving (with good reason).
