I have been engaged with too many individuals who use false claims of disrespect to cause chaos and issues where it would have been much simpler to follow the rules.  Typically the individuals in my experience have not performed in such a way as to earn respect.  I projected that onto Spike Lee after viewing the video and hearing parts of his discussion with Stephen A and reading the MSG response.  For those who I offended, my comment was thoughtless and I sincerely apologize.
