I don't know why he didn't get a HC shot, maybe it's personality, but watching BC against PSU reminded me a lot of 2009-2010. Strong run game and a good defense.

Wild guess, but I think he could probably get a DI-AA or lower level head coaching job if he wanted, maybe he has an idea he wants to coach at a MAC or AAC type program.
