Got up early Saturday morning to go buy vegetable plants at the Hartford Regional Market at Brainard Field. The venders have great prices. (for example-one vender's price was 3 flats for $ 20.00 & he let you mix & match). As I was perusing one vender's wares for heirloom tomatoes, I noticed that he carried the patented RUTGERS tomato. It may very well be a great product, BUT, I had to boycott that vender.
