Very good with cardio/strength to multiple muscle groups without the pounding the body takes while running. But don't just go to the pool and swim aimlessly for an hour, latch onto a master's swimming class or something that has structure to it (also adds competitiveness to it). Add in a your cycling and maybe a small bit of running and you could sign up for a short triathlon - that will definitely keep your competitive spirit up. [/QUOTE]
