Speaking of turnips...I hate turnips. But it sure is a funny word.

Cooking creamed vorned casserole and making a wicked potato mash. Then off to mommas with food, bourbons, ciders and dog in tow.

Wow. You guys eat dog for Thanksgiving? That's insane.

When is it ok to talk about how terrible Turkey is as a food? Should be renamed meat-cotton.

Looking forward to spending time with family and friends. Not looking forward to choking down the foul fowl.

We got a bummer turkey this year. Not sure whether it was the cooking, the turkey or both; but the white meat was dry and the dark meat was so fibrous that it was tough to cut or eat.

I shamelessly plagiarized and dubbed it "meat-cotton," which has now been adopted by the family.

Sides and desserts were good. Booze was best.

Sounds like a standard Turkey to me. Sorry it wasn't enjoyable for your family, Turkey always lets you down FWIW I plagiarized meat cotton from a GQ article.
