Everyone in this story seems stuck between a rock and a hard place. It is such a difficult and complex issue, made more complex by athletes now speaking out and demanding rights which administrators often (and often wrongly) distrust. But between satisfied alums and trustees, conflicted ADs, strained budgets, ambitious coaches, and increasingly vocal and savvy players, there are often no easy answers. Maybe Jen should coach both teams?
