Please don't hit "reply" nor do research nor pursue politics.

1. Are doomed to repeat it. (probably did anglicize it right?)
2. Manhattan
4. Melanie Griffith
7. Skin cancer
8. 1996 - Atlanta. Kerri Strug. She was injured leading into her final vault. Watching the coverage it was thought that she needed a certain score for the U.S. to win gold. She was able to stick her vault landing, more or less and got the score that was believed to be necessary. Believe it later came out that the U.S. had clinched the gold regardless of her effort.

4..Melanie Griffith

13.. 72/3.8 = 18.9 gallons (rounding to nearest tenth)

3) Hot Wheels
7) Basal Cell skin cancer

1."..are condemned to repeat it." George Santayana

2..If it was "islands" then I would guess Indonesia, but a single island leaves me without a clue.

1..Anglicize, Game, refers to the author. Rocket is the guilty one, as he must picture lots of Spanish running around
calling, "Hey George". Ed4's lexicon is in the right place.

2..Ine doesn't speak any, but he enumerates well.

3..Ctf still runs his Mattel product every day. No wonder he's gone through 6 wives.

4..The Cajun 4 locate the woman who took Don Johnson's seed.

5..Our 2 earlier birds pinpoint the Ainu. So too did Big, but he dawdled first.

6..You are so irretrievably lazy. Anyone remember a classic movie title with Danny DeVito that does just that?

More coming.

7..Game & ctf offer skin cancer. No, no, they are not offering the disease to anyone.

8..Game has good detail; Big is also correct, but he confuses the year with the first time he did a somersault.

9..Very fine job here by Big. Although he must have stock in Pembroke, cause he tries to sneak that one in instead of Wellesley.

10..No, not Georgia nor La. It is the one which Boneyarders are long opposed to mentioning.

11..Good public relations, Rocket, but ABBA still won't give you a fee.

12..Yes, an earthquake, in northern China. Losing nearly a 1/4 million does narrow the guess somewhat.

13..To say 19 or a near decimal figure, as 2 did, means you can figure petrol out when driving in Europe. The rest of you better stay home.
