6..Marshall for the Marshall Plan?

7..A pun is specifically a word or phrase that uses words of the same or similar sounds, but rearranged -- There was a host of jokes going around a few decades ago that revolved around "Boy is that the Chattanooga Choo Choo,. One punch line I remember is "Roy is that the cat that chewed your new shoes." A play on words is much broader, but still involves the words being the centerpiece of the wit.

1. "I could have danced all night", My Fair Lady, or, if you prefer, Pygmallion
I could be wrong, but I'm guessing that, because Pygmallion was a play and NOT a musical, the quoted words were not written by GB Shaw for Pygmallion but were written by the incomparable Alan Lerner for "My Fair Lady."
