1. They become Marx Brothers movies by rearranging the words: Horse Feathers, Animal Crackers, Duck Soup and Monkey Business.
9. Edinburgh?
12. In the Shakespeare play, Macbeth is told he will not be killed by a man born of a woman, so he figures he's safe. But Macduff, according to the play, was "ripped" from his mother's womb. He kills Macbeth. So much for safety.

11. The Netherlands
12. just to add to rnby1's explanation, in effect, MacDuff was delivered via a version of a "C-section", rather than through the birth canal. So, he was "not born of woman".

1...There are posters of questionable character who left the Marx movies scrambled. I'm pleased to ignore them in favor of
rbny, zorro and drive.

2..Cajun & bezz are part of a sextet, all in their seats yelling, "Where's your duck____n' neck?"

3..To put down the Boxer Rebellion, led by undefeated Rocky Marciano. The hoop quartet.

4..Hoop puts in the finishing touch. ISIS is a Sunni movement. While moderates Muslims live in respectful harmony, fanatics on both sides see the other as apostates. And in this case infidels are non-Muslims.

5..Cajun & K9 (and a 3rd whose name I'm not honoring for this test) cite North Korea.

6..Actually, the best answer would be a STRONG El Nino, the weather pattern than leads to an active Pacific and inactive Atlantic.
Credit to the geordi quartet.

7..Geordi is fuzzy, but he's right, an Alaskan plane crash.

8..Geordi again takes a bow, 1st ship through Panama Canal.

9..Edinburgh works, rbny & hoop admit to WAG.

10..Lionel Richie & the Commodores gave us 3 Times a Lady, so warble VAUC's 4some.

11..K9, hoop & Pinot provide Netherlands, as they know Holland is an inaccurate appellation, though shorter to type.

12..Pinot's got a quintet. Read them.

13..Ah sleep, won't you be my neighbor?

Ah, I think I'm way too late.
Congratulations! This is known as a "Shan", in memory of a long-ago BY member who would do as you have done, and bring something forth, duplicating a previous post. Some folks never achieve Shandom, or, if they do, it's after many years and many hundreds of posts.

Clearly, you are precocious, advanced beyond your years! Welcome, welcome!
