1. Rainy Night In Georgia - Brook Benton
The Nights the Light Went Out in Georgia - Carole Lawrence
Midnight Train to Georgia - Gladys Knight & The Pips
2. If temperatures are too high at the time of animal slaughter, Boar's Head and other high end provisions producers would be forced to add artificial fillers to their deli products. They would, in turn, be forced to charge less for their Vermont Cheddar because it would lose its distinctive flavor among the articicial fillers and flavors; a catastrophe all the way around:p.
5. 19%
7. Flowers (You Don't Bring Me Flowers Any More - with her high school classmate, Neil Diamond)
12. Japan

1. Please change
Vickie Lawrence, who was on the Carol Burnett Show and later Mama's Place. It was the one hit single she ever had.

Thank you.

Wirechief, please amend my answer accordingly. It was Vickie Lawrence who sang The Night the Lights Went Out in Gerogia. I remember the Carole Burnett Show during which Carole surprised Vickie with the gold record. Mama's Place was hilarious with Ken Berry and the woman who played Opal on All My Children, Dorothy Lyman.

1..Some misunderstanding..this question was NOT asking for others besides Ray who recorded Georgia on My Mind.
I apologize for any vagueness in my question. Best answers have artist & song you are offering.

2..Well, e. g, it involves a step after "calving".

3..One way we use the word in English is to _____ out an idea.

5..A few of you have tried; none is correct.

6..Over time, I detect a weakness in your knowledge of pop books. My _____ to ____, for both Gregg and myself.

Doggone it, VTC, don't do that again.

1..See VAUC, K9, zorro & Meyers for good songs.

2..Pinot comes up with "melting". That's it.

3..Flesh

4..Geordi & K9 recall her as a champion of farm workers, who just received the Medal of Freedom.

5..Well, it may not approach 100%, but it is more than 1/3.

6..MY CROSS TO BEAR

7..VAUC--and love songs too.

8..Geordi & zorro with Syria.

9..James Dean in GIANT--same 2 guys.

10..Ed4 & zorro give us Lincoln Highway (US 30).

11..Crown & zorro with Tea & Oranges (a Leonard Cohen composition).

12..Japan works--Meyers & VAUC.

13..Infecting computers, says zorro.
