I should have guessed. I thought of Yeshiva because of the clue blanks, and I know lots of Orthodox Jews moved into that part of NJ recently, but I never dreamed the biggest Yeshiva would be there.
 
Yes, I looked at #5 again, and I discovered I Floridarized the town of Lakewood.
