OT: Florida Gators

Its great that UConn will get credit for beating them earlier in the season, and especially now since they are #1. I don't want UConn to face them a second time, expecially in the early rounds. However, do you guys think Florida is really all that? They have been on that long winning streak since we beat them in December, but most of those wins have gone thru a relatively weak SEC - Ok credit for beating Kansas (by 6) and Memphis (by 2), and Kentucky (by 10). Many of their wins against the SEC have been suprisingly close for a team of their caliber. Maybe they have played down to their competition in the division. Their lone huge romp (30+) was vs Texas A&M. I don't know, but I would be hesitant on picking them as it just seems they may not be able to generate enough offense against a very good shooting team in the tournament, as they don't exactly light it up.

Some writer recently made a good comparison IMO with the 2010 Duke champs. That team was pretty gross, probably not even one of Duke's dozen best teams, but managed to win a title with good defense, experience and by Zoubek miraculously becoming a semi-decent basketball player.

Nothing about Florida excites me but I probably feel better about them than any of the other Top 10 teams that are also pretty flawed.
