Guilty as charged--I always ask a tall women if they play/played basket ball. My very very tall pain management doctor has done wonders for me--but my first question to her was --did you play BB--to my surprise she did--at Georgetown and against Geno's team. I was in pig heaven two ways--she and my wife became fast friends.
So apparently my height question did not offend her--or she was too nice to tell me.

Honestly, some of these things aren't just tall people issues. I think finding fitting clothing about equally difficult for short women - I have to hem all my pants, even if I buy them 'petite'.

I resemble that remark. This is a medium sized, right handed world. Everyone else is going to have issues.
