Kahlil Dukes is going to love playing in his free flowing offense, his game should flourish.

Weak conference, chance to make some noise if he gets the right players but there were definitely bigger fish out there. I would be unhappy if I was USC.

What's up with these big conference, big name schools not being able to pry a Shaka / Stevens / Few loose?

Both LA teams seem to be making kinda half-assed hires these days. I'm sorry, but with the pedigree of UCLA how can you end up with Alford, and with the money (and rule non-enforcement) that USC can offer how do you end up with Florida Gulf Coast's coach?

Smart and Stevens were Enfield before Enfield was Enfield.

FGCU came out of nowhere, but Enfield didn't, really. Guy was an NBA shooting coach for a while, then was an assistant at FSU for four years. This is not the situation where some guy is toiling at D2 and NAIA schools, gets a gig at a low-major, makes one run and gets hired by a big school. That wouldn't fly at USC.

Obviously the run to the Sweet 16 enabled Enfield to skip a step, but he's got sufficient experience. The only place USC can go is up, anyway.
