If Rutgers goes undefeated I would say their shot at the National Title game is pretty good. Consider Cincy was undefeated a few years back and finished #3 and the Big12 title game between #2 Texas and Nebraska came down to a last second Field Goal.

It's stupid articles like this that give the Big East a bad name and on a larger scale just illustrates what a joke college football is/has become.

They placed Rutgers so low due to putting a crater in the AD budget not because they're Big East. They said for how much destruction football has done to their budget they should be much better than 15th in the country.

Rutgers probably has no chance at the BCS title game. They need a lot of teams to lose and some to lose twice.
