...in the 40+ point club this week. 41 points on 19 for 25 shooting (she was 1-1 from 3). Her Perth Lynx team sits on top of the WNBL after a poor start. Courtney and her teammate, LA's Sami Whitcomb, are tearing it up down under. They will now play a HUGE home and home with 2nd place Melbourne (Liz Cambage, Jenna O'Hea). Melbourne won by 2 in OT last time they played.

Boomers vs Lynx ... Showdown Of The Season? - Melbourne Boomers

As a reminder, earlier this week Morgan Tuck hit for 45 with 13 rebounds and Jonquel Jones lead the CT Sun ex-pats with 42 and 20!! Sun players showing out big time. Sure hope it translates to increased production in the W.

Was there ever any doubt that Courtney's game would evolve to this point? She consistently performed at the highest level in D1 WCBB with ice water in her veins, and a facial expression that never changed. She was too hot to handle, and too cold to hold.

She always played with a "no fear" approach when facing UConn. Glad to see Williams is having a banner season down under. She's going to make a lot of $$$ in professional BB before she takes off her game shoes for the last time, and transitions into her next career. You go girl!!! Also glad to see Morgan's knee holding up, and she is also doing well.
