Just curious, is that a historical average turnover?16 so far
Figure 10-20% turnover which would be 35-70

Thanks. Bluestar maintains a section called Coaching Carousel that I've been visiting for years. Have no Idea what the historical average is though.Dunno. Just a guess on my part. There some companies that have done the get-rid-of-the-bottom-10%, so I figured that was a decent guideline here.
per Karen Carpenter " We have only just begun"
Speaking of which, anyone hear or read anything new on the Georgia Tech situation. GT is likely at least an NIT team for which they would have to make a decision soon. @Dillon77
Our colleague @CamrnCrz1974 has done some excellent work on this over at rebkell. Maybe he's heard something?

Im pretty sure they have stated that they won't accept a WNIT bid....
The St. Francis firing is interesting, as they were in the NCAA tourney last year. Did Joe get fired for the team dropping to 15-16 this year or getting into the record books by giving up a record 140 to UConn in the tourney last year?

Haigh took an absence of leave as of November 13 and then proceeded to resign on January 31. Interesting indeed. The St. Francis firing is interesting, as they were in the NCAA tourney last year. Sure is. For Lance White over at Pitt, it will take quite some time, but they can't pull the trigger after 3-5 years IMO. He has a major rebuilding project at Pitt and rebuilding in the ACC ain't an easy thing when you are getting hammered by Louisville, Notre Dame, Syracuse, Florida State, etc. night in and night out. Pitt also doesn't have the prettiest of campuses, so it can't be too easy to recruit there.Interesting seeing some of these schools pull the trigger after 3-5 years. I don't know how much those particular coaches struggled during their tenure. Other schools seem content to stand pat for much longer periods of time.
St. Francis just beat Sacred Heart and will be going to the NEC final, most likely against Robert Morris.I agree

As far as the Penn State job, if it was a few years earlier, we might have seen Suzie McConnell-Serio as a candidate, particularly after her Sweet 16 appearance. She is a PSU alum and had great success there in her playing career, but her coaching career at Pitt turned into a dumpster fire.
