There is also an episode where Rebecca is wearing a UConn sweatshit and Norm makes a comment about the "Fighting Insurance Salesman." But finding that clip on You Tube has been illusive . . . can anyone dig it out of the interweb?

I don't know how to find it, but I definitely remember that.

If anyone wants to be ambitious and watch the episode for it:

"Since the episode UConn has developed a successful Football program". And then ran the program into the ground!
Well, it was there for brief shining moment. ;)

Fine, twist my arm.

So basically you tracked down the episode, pulled the excerpt, and posted the clip, so that it's permanently available for easy access, yes?

I won't say that we're not worthy, but we certainly should be aspire to be.

If I could only have Phil Nolan's 450° spin move at my finger tips, I promise I'd save it in a folder with your initials.

Been watching Cheers on Netflix.

I was about 4-5 years too young to fully "get" Cheers when it had its run on NBC. Script writing is so good.

Weird to see Kelsey Grammer go from a complete unknown bit character to a prime time mainstream for 15 years.

Plenty of good spot characters who went on to great careers.

Same here except it went off a few months before I was born. But it's such a good show

UConn recruiting pitch to top recruit:

I know Louisville is going to try to wine and dine you with strippers, prostitutes, and blow. But have you heard of Backseat Becky?

Comcast’s streaming service, Peacock, will have all the Cheers episodes as well. Due to launch July 15th. For the 1 or 2 of you who don’t have Netflix, that’s another option.
